LifeDrop Post Office

Terms and Conditions

Last updated: June 6, 2026

These terms govern your use of LifeDrop, including the LifeDrop app, website, digital postcard links, and SMS notification program.

Who We Are

LifeDrop is operated by unstuck Mental Health Studios Inc. In these terms, "LifeDrop," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the LifeDrop service.

LifeDrop Service

LifeDrop is a messaging service for friends. Users can create, receive, save, and send digital postcards through the website, app, and shared postcard links.

User Content

You are responsible for the photos, captions, messages, comments, links, and other content you create, upload, or share through LifeDrop. You confirm that you have the rights needed to share that content through LifeDrop.

You give LifeDrop permission to host, process, display, reproduce, and share your content as needed to operate the service, deliver postcards, generate previews, and show postcard pages to people you choose to share with.

Shared Links

LifeDrop postcards may be viewable through unique links or codes. Anyone with a valid link or code may be able to view the shared postcard, so only share links with people you want to have access.

SMS Program

LifeDrop SMS messages are transactional postcard notifications, not marketing messages. LifeDrop is operated by unstuck Mental Health Studios Inc.

By providing your mobile number for LifeDrop text updates, you agree to receive service-related SMS messages from LifeDrop about postcards friends share with you. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Recipients are LifeDrop users or postcard recipients who provide their phone number and agree to receive LifeDrop SMS notifications. LifeDrop asks for consent in the website or app flow where a recipient provides their phone number for postcard notifications. The opt-in text identifies LifeDrop, explains that messages are postcard notifications, states that message frequency varies, includes "Message and data rates may apply," and explains that recipients can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Message frequency varies based on friend activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel SMS messages. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Example SMS Messages

Opting Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message. You may need to provide your number again if you later want to resume SMS notifications.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LifeDrop to send unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or spam content. You are responsible for the content you create and share through LifeDrop.

AI-Generated Content

LifeDrop may offer tools that help transform sketches, photos, prompts, or memories into generated images or postcard designs. Generated content may be inaccurate or unexpected, and you are responsible for reviewing it before sharing.

No Medical Or Emergency Service

LifeDrop is not a medical, mental health, crisis, or emergency service. Do not use LifeDrop to seek urgent help or communicate emergency information.

Privacy

Use of LifeDrop is also governed by our Privacy Policy, including the SMS privacy commitments described there.

Availability

LifeDrop may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or delivery of every message or postcard.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use LifeDrop after changes means you accept the updated terms.
